Today the goons have on the great comedian and all around human being Helen Wildy! Helen comes on the show to talk about her favorite band Hanson and their album Shout it Out. Matt and Alex were surprised with how they felt about the album and the history that Helen told us about them. They worked their ass off to get to where they are as you'll hear.
