Gather round for another episode of Squeaky's Cauldron! This week I talk about help. Not giving, as so many of us are used to, but asking for and receiving help from others. This has been and continues to be a hugely challenging practice for me, and I explore some of the reasons behind that, as well as some ways we can gently begin to reach out, ask for what we need, and allow ourselves to receive it.
