In this episode I share an experience I recently had that I am not proud of,  but by talking about it and being honest I am able to take and accept responsibility for my behaviour which helps me do and be better next time. 
Also I try to open some dialog with you guys on what you might want to talk about in future episodes.  We are a community and you are just as important and anyone else in this community.
