Ana Mac Naught is an immigrant, feminist, mother, friend, and wife. Ana currently works as the Census Coordinator with Houston in Action, which is a collective impact organization committed to removing systemic barriers to civic engagement in the Greater Houston Area.

Ana has had the privilege to live, study and work in Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa. This experience has shaped her understanding and commitment to centering equity in her personal and professional life. She tries to live up to those values by learning more about herself, building community, teaching her kids and keeping her ancestors close to her heart.
