Kraig is the owner of Hop City as well as Barley Garden and his newest restaurant called Boxcar. Even with all that on his plate he’s always got a smile on his face! He is also largely responsible for the Sweetwater and Manchester Orchestra collaboration on “ The Gold” beer we brewed together for Charity last year.
