Episode 5 - Kris Lawrence. Episode 5 features Kris Lawrence. For many of us in the Hampton Roads area, Kris is one of OUR local running celebrities. She currently doesn't live here in the Hampton Roads area, but for years, Kris competed here locally at many of our local events as well as nationally. It was great to catch up with Kris especially after coming off the Olympic Marathon Trials in Atlanta. We talk training cycles, the marathon distance, how running in Guam is going, and we get into her love of Philly sports. Kris and her family live in Guam. Her husband is a commanding officer a submarine based out of Guam.
