This week, it was my absolute pleasure to have Lane Harlan— entrepreneur, creative, restaurateur and style maven— on my the podcast.

She’s a big deal in the restaurant industry and an even bigger deal to those here in Baltimore. Lane is the owner of speakeasy WC Harlan, Faden Sonnen beer garden, Angels Ate Lemons wine shop, and Coral Wig bar. She is the co-owner of Clavel mezcaleria + taqueria, and is in the process of creating Hotel Charo, a hotel in a fishing village on the coast of Asturias, Spain.

If you can’t already tell by her résumé above, Saveur Magazine deemed her “the most interesting woman in the restaurant business”.
