We will talk about our mistakes, our triumphs, the adversity we face and all the places inside of ourselves that we struggle and overcome. This is where we come to understand that our challenges are what bring us together and make us stronger. A place where the mind meets the body, and the body meets the soul. This podcast is for the dreamers and the doers, the misfits, the underdogs, and the ones who kept going despite their circumstances.
