PSL takes us back to his early upbringing, we discover that he has overcome so much in the initial stages of his life growing up as an orphan with his sister in Haiti before being adopted and brought to Canada. and what it was like being one of the only black kids in a predominantly white neighborhood. 

He talks and shares tips about managing the ups and downs, high and lows on the music industry. as well as how to stay focused and adapt when your lane or zone changes, the importance of moving on and not getting stuck when things aren't working. keeping the feeling fresh so you can come back and work on stale projects with a renewed passion. 

He goes on to share how he has stayed consistent for so long. The importance of keeping your friend group small and not chasing after a deal or label, but putting in the work and letting the deals find you. as well as the thin line between putting yourself out there and staying patient.
