We're hanging out with Marcus of JuJubes South Australia, as we taste, and critique a home brewed 'Amber Ale'. The 'All-American' homebrew competition has just finished, and this particular beer was given an average score of 35.3, the highest being 37, and the lowest being 33. We talk about the recipe, and the brewing process. We compare this beer to a commercial equivalent in 'Segment 2', and finalise the show in 'Segment 3' by tasting, and guessing the style, and hopefully the brewer, of a commercially brewed craft beer.
