Shea and Will introduce us to their love story and how they met and what the journey has been like owning several nightlife establishments together. We cover what are some of the greatest challenges, benefits and joys of running a nightlife establishment with your significant other. Throughout all of the challenges, they continue to win in both life and and business. We pick up on their personal stories and their journey towards opening and operating Explict. We cover some of the learning lessons and mistakes that were made in some of their ventures prior to starting Explict. We also get into how the journey has been since they opened their doors after NBA All-Start weekend in 2019 and what its like to relate with other venue owners in the community.
