Todays episode is a follow-on from episode 4 where we discussed the importance of self care. I outline some self care practices that I follow myself and why I feel they are important. I also discuss the group training that I have planned for January and try make a strong point for gyms, gym owners and gym goers to protest against any further closure of facilities which will be at the expense of our mental and physical health.
