This week in our very special double interview feature we have Álvaro Toro, a Notary based in Fuengirola to answer all of our questions about the Notary System in Spain. We ask him what a Notary does, and if they recommend using an independent lawyer (Spoiler alert: yes, they do). After a quick break, John Towell sits with Marisa Moreno Castillo to talk about the importance of having a Spanish Will, and what makes it different to having a Will in another country!
