All over Europe, governments seem to rely ever more on digital devices and the web to inform their populations. But can they reach everybody? Gerrit-Jan van Otterloo, President of the Jan Nagel Foundation, is also a member of the Dutch Parliament. He shares his pledge for a more inclusive digitalization.
