Today I talk a little more about the direction that I'm heading with my business. There's been some definite grieving, but there's also a lot of excitement and joy around where this journey is leading me.

We are allowed to evolve and change, but we have to really trust in ourselves to do so. Instead of continuing to stay stuck or in old patterns we have to learn how to truly listen to ourselves and let go of what & who no longer serves the path we want to be on.
