From bagels to reubens, salt beef is more or less omnipresent in any well respected sandwicherie, so we thought, after 4 episodes, it was only fair to turn our attention to a salt beef specialist. Enter Tongue & Brisket, a salt beef sandwich joint steeped in history; a place where the pickles are plentiful and the rye bread is reputable. We ambled down to their Wardour Street branch to see what all the fuss was about.
