This episode is a lot different from the others as today, I have my guest Chandra Govind ask me questions (rather than me interviewing him) about the topic of overall fitness and how to get in better shape. I go very in depth into how to start to consistently workout, what are the smartest ways to start working out, the mental aspect, and also go in detail about nutrition and many more! Chandra himself is a person who is looking to get in better shape and is finding it difficult to get that first step to get started so I had him on this episode to try and help him out! I also hope that with this episode I am able to help others who might be going through a similar situation and get started on their journey!
