April 2021 Book Club: Matt & Chris are on vacation with the Fifth Doctor, hanging out in a remote English village called Stockbridge, sans TARDIS team, as we review the Panini graphic novel "The Tides of Time," written by Steve Parkhouse. First published in May 2005, the title is still in print today, some 16 years later, and features art from Dave Gibbons, Mick Austin, and Steve Dillon.
