No yoga mat or formal routine needed—just find a space where you can move with awareness. Reach your arms overhead, roll through your spine, stretch your neck and hips, and let your body guide you. Yawn if it feels natural. The key is to move how your body wants to move, not how it’s supposed to.

 

This simple, intuitive practice is perfect after sitting too long or first thing in the morning. Wake up your senses, shake off the stiffness, and come back to your body with curiosity and ease.
