Gratitude is about thankful appreciation. Life can be stressful and overwhelming, at times full of sadness, worry, and frustrations. This can lead us to want to resist, disconnect, and disengage. This can also lead us to miss out on opportunities to collect gratitude all around us. By collecting gratitude we fill our inner tank with resources and fuel, allowing more readiness and ability to move through life. Wherever you are in your gratitude practice, there is always an opportunity to cultivate more.
