In this month's episode, I celebrate 35 years as a member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority as well as the wonderful time I had on a trip to Negril, Jamaica with my line sisters (Swea, Sabrina, and Andrea).  There's also the story about how Episode 50--a big milestone for the podcast--almost didn't get published, and all the details about my experience at the airport in Montego Bay, Jamaica.  The libation of the month is perfect for the holiday season, especially if you love egg nog. Fun fact: I don't love egg nog! I am all about non-dairy nog. Both will work for this recipe. Try it and let me know what you think. 

Laughing Matters is published at the end of each month. It's the end-of-the-month highlights and includes four segments: celebrations, libation of the month, rants, and questions and answers. Celebrations are about intentionally forming a habit of noticing and acknowledging the good in you, in your life, and in your sphere of influence. The libation of the month is based on whatever I fancy or feel inspired by at the time. I share step-by-step instructions and you can mix right along with me. Rants are about anything I find funny and want to share. Then, I wrap up by answering questions received from listeners throughout the month.
