In this episode I speak with Mark, a social worker from Canada who has worked in the mental health space for the last 10 years in a range of roles including case management, clinical NDIS work, leadership roles as a team leader and program manager, and now owner of a private practice Clarity Therapy. Mark's practice incorporates CBT, ACT, and DBT principles mixed with some eco therapy, and Mark works mainly with youth and young adults.
