In this episode, I talk about the LYS that is my favorite — but which is sadly going out of business. I share some ideas for ways you can help support small businesses to help keep shops like this from closing. The most obvious is to spend money at the business, but I also provide some suggestions for social media and how to help promote the shop to others. I also do an overview of DFW Fiber Fest, including sharing the purchases I was able to make in my briefs dashes around the vendor hall. I have some updates on what I’m knitting (including plans to cast on all the things) and a finished object. I share the last projects posted in the Q1 KAL, who won the prize, and the theme for the current quarter’s KAL. Thanks so much for watching!
