MACRO - Take time weekly to plan your week

MICRO - the last thing you do each day is adjusted to set the next day up for success
REMEMBER: manage expectations based on environment & energy

schedule into your calendar so you wouldn't miss a doctor's appointment

THE DREADED TO-DO LIST!

Have the big to-do list and then move things into priority order

Check them off daily
You are better to have less on your to-do list and get t done and add more to it than, put too much and not complete it. CONDITION THE BEHAVIOUR!
