Carli was diagnosed with an allergy at 19 years old, it was then that she realized how difficult eating out is. Being a sweet tooth, she wanted to be able to eat the desserts she loves but at the same time be safe. With that in mind, she made it her mission to bake goodies that everyone who has an allergy can eat safely. It wasn't an instant success for Carli, like many business owner, she had had her share of failed attempts as well, but, that didn't stop her from pursuing the thing that tugs the strings of her heart - BAKING!
