By request from all of you out there, we have a VERY special guest this week... Charlotte Henshaw!

Charlotte is a Paralympian who's been trained and coached by both of us in the past. She gives a fascinating insight into redefining her impossible as a Paralympian, what it's like to transition to another sport and what being coached by 'Tim & Jacko' as Strength and Conditioning coaches is like!
