For me, a lot of my identity used to be in what I was doing, what I was accomplishing and the titles of the roles I played.

Over the last 6 years I've learned a lot more about how fleeting and defeating that kind of thinking can be. Reading the book "Chop Wood, Carry Water" by Joshua Medcalf, I came across Chapter 8 and it spoke RIGHT to my Soul.

Today most of the podcast is sharing that 1 chapter with you & then a challenge at the end in my own commentary.
