Today's Evolve Beyond Limits meditation is all about reconnecting to the Divine Love that is always available to you. The Divine Love that opens your heart and allows you to lead from a place of kindness and love for yourself and for other people around you.

We can only love others to the extent which we love ourselves, which is why taking time to connect with your heart and pouring love to your entire being is important.

Without love, fear takes holds and blocks us from seeing the beauty that is always surrounding us.

The more unconditional love you have for yourself, the more unconditional love you can hold for others.
