In our spiritual community we have a great culture of feasting and chanting. But as we progress and mature in Bhakti we have to come to terms with the habits that affects our health long-term. We can't remain immature when it comes to our diet, exercise and overall health. Service to krishna is our life and soul and therefore we want to refine our habits so we can have the best mind and physical machine so we can do the best service to Krishna. When we look at cross our communities we can see many devotees with poor health, posture and overall habits. Especially as the decades tick by we see the compounding effect of eating too much, and a lack of exercise and nutrition. Let's get the base right so we can be productive and then life and even as we get older and older in life.
