Marissa and I went to Montreal for the annual meeting of the International Association of Dance Medicine and Science (IADMS). We presented our recent research on dancers' perceptions of their own well-being and connected with tons of friends and colleagues. We also got to meet some of our past guests face-to-face for the first time, as well as several fans of DanceWell!
