SKC put in a generally poor performance against NE and were lucky only to lose 2-1. It's kind of crazy to say it, but the 2nd half which included a red card in the 56th minute was actually better than the 1st. They did rebound and get their first victory in all comps against Tulsa Athletic on Tuesday night, but we are not sure how much there is to take from that performance other than Ethan Bryant showed he wants more minutes with the first team.

We discuss tactical flexibility, how it is somewhat misunderstood related to how Peter Vermes coaches this team, but also how generally it is accurate to critique him on how he employs it mid season or match to match.
