Today, we are going to focus on our Solar Plexus chakra.

This sits right below our chest, between the heart and the belly button. This is commonly called our power center and is represented by fire. This is all about transformation and action. It is also about self-esteem and confidence, igniting our personal power and our will to do things. Our solar plexus is all about overcoming inertia - overcoming addictive patterns, comfort zones, and breaking old patterns.

In this episode, we are going to be reflecting on what is feeding our soul, what experiences are you allowing, what fears are you trying to overcome. We are going deep about our own power, how we keep it or take it back if we found ourselves to have lost it along the way.
