Welcome back Beauty's and Rockstars to another episode. This week after a lot of requests we had sheriff back on. Sean Mcmorrow is a complete Beauty. He filled us in on the Life of the AHL, talked about his podcast and lots of other really mint things. The Sheriff is one of the toughest to dress in the AHL and he shared with us some of the toughest guys he went up against.  He gave us a different look on what it is like being a AHL player.
