We started off the interview talking about Dana White's new Power Slap league. This is an intense new sport. Welcome Back Beauty's and Rockstars to another episode of Between the Benches with RallSauce. This week we had on 2 of the Biggest names in hockey history. Known worldwide as  Jacob Ardown and Olly Postanin from On the Bench. The boys talked about why they decided to play pro hockey in Bangladesh and Virgin island instead of going to the NHL. We also talked about how honored Crosby was to meet them, what it was like being a ranch hand for a day and their shift at Howies hockey tape headquarters. I had a blast interviewing these legends and i'm sure you Beauty's and Rockstars will love it just as much as i did!

Welcome back to Between the Benches with RallSauce Beauty's and Rockstars. On this week's Episode we decided to mix it up and interview a real life hero. We had on a Fire Fighter from Yarmouth Nova Scotia. Allan has been a firefighter since he was 16 years old. His grandfather and his father were both firefighters so it was only natural that he became one as well. He started out at 16 volunteering and loved every minute of it and turned it into his full time career. You may also notice Allan as one of the people that help with the podcast edits. He runs the Ryan Graves fan page from the New Jersey Devils. With his love of hockey and making edits he's found a way to turn a hobby into a paying side hustle. Welcome Back Beauty's and Rockstars to another episode of Between the Benches with RallSauce. This week we had on a guest that legit lives the DREAM! Welcome Dylan Moriarity to the podcast. Dylan grew up in Montreal. Just like every other Canadian boy growing up he fell in love with hockey. He was lucky to have his twin brother Dean by his side growing up. They played hockey together and went on to play Jr A. Dylan had the speed to play in the QMJHL but he was a small player and missing a couple more pieces so he did what I did and enjoyed playing jrs to keep the hockey career going. With sticking to the sport he loved it got him to keep Living the Dream and that is just what he did. Dylan and his Twin brother Dean went to a Red Bull Crashed ice tryout in Montreal and ended up making the Team. He spent the next 5 years traveling the world and had a 2nd place finish in Ireland! The Fellas from Cirque Du Soleil saw Dylan in Crashed Ice and asked him if he could try out some of their jumps and next thing you know he has a contract with them! Welcome Back Beauty's and Rockstars to another episode of Between the Benches with RallSauce. On episode 81 we had on a Legend Scott Thornton. This was an interview that's for sure. We had a complete blast talking about Scotts 18 year career. From playing Jrs in the OHL for the Belleville Bulls to getting drafted 1st round 3rd overall to the Toronto Maple Leafs. Scott shared some story's playing on each team Toronto, Edmonton, Montreal, Dallas, San Jose and Los Angeles. You can tell from the stories that Scott would have been the Best Teammate to have. We even talked about post retirement back living in Canada and all his different adventures. Hope you enjoy the episode Beauty's and Rockstars cause this was one of my favs so far!!!

Welcome Back Beauty's and Rockstar's to another Story Time with RallSauce. What a weekend that was. For the first time this winter it was Freezing in Muskoka. Had the vehicle plugged in all night and still wouldn't start in the am. It was NHL All Star weekend so we touched on that. How it can improve to make it more exciting for the fans. This week's Story time with RallSauce was about my Trip to Jamaica. This was such a fun trip! Talked about having to get a Passport 48 hours before we left, amazing beaches and jerk chicken, going zip lining in the jungle and jumping off the high diving tower at Ricks Cafe. This was a trip i will never forget and happy i was able to share it with you Beauty's and Rockstars! hope you Enjoy it!

Welcome Back Beauty's and Rockstars to another episode of Between the Benches with RallSauce. Its a white out in Muskoka right now. Lots of snow for the sledders so they can start getting back on the trails. I sure feel for them this winter. It started tog et cold again to so its feeling like winter. I guess better late than never eh mother nature ahah. The NHL AllStar weekend is coming so thats exciting. At 19:03 we had on a Beauty named Justin Scott also known as Coach Scott. He is an international  power skating coach, skills coached the coolest cat from out west. In this episode we talked about the mint places he has skated talked about his most recent trip out west where he got all his cool videos and photos. He's all over the world teaching his skills and giving his tips. He broke down how important a stride is and facts you will never even think about. He also does work in USA he is one of the best there is. Parents this is a great episode for you to listen to. Helping the game one day at a time. Had a blast recording this episode and im sure you will just love it.
