Welcome Back Beauty's and Rockstars to another episode of Between the Benches with RallSauce. This weeks been a tough one. With this wild tooth ache I had troubles Recording an episode with a guest. Wanted to keep the streak alive so I decided to Share a Story Time episode. In this episode we talked about the weekly weather update, Toronto Maple Leafs update, Betting update and shared the story how I got my Chickens! I just loved having my chickens. Welcome Back Beauty's and Rockstars to another Story Time. On this episode we talked about a weather update in Muskoka, Pond Hockey Tourney update, Bets over the weekend recap, trip to Florida with parents.  This was a a road trip I was expecting to being boring and it was anything form that. I actually had a blast on this trip. It was very exciting from playing on the Drum at the ATL Braves game to driving threw 8 mile. Hope you enjoyed this story as much as i did Sharing it.

Welcome back Beauty's and Rockstars to another episode. This week we had the Gal on as a guest. You liked it when she was on this summer so thought we would get her on again. In this episode Heather talked about going to acting school over in London England. We also got the story out of her about being in a diet 7up commerical. We also touched on some tips on starting your own podcast! Heather went into her podcast she's doing now with her friend Ben. Ben and Heather used to do improve together. So it is very natural for both of them! They understand each other and really vibe well together. They like to ask the questions others don't ask the guests in the interviews and they arn't scared to get off topic. Always a laugh listening to Chunky Peanut Buttr.

Welcome Back Beauty's and Rockstars to another mint interview. This week we had on D. Jay McGrath. Deej grew up and spent his childhood in  Kindersley Saskatchewan. After his Midget AAA season he went off to play for the Everett Silvertips in the WHL. This was a big move for a 17 year old being so far away from home. Deej ended up playing for 2 seasons. After that he came home to play for his. home town JR A team Kindersley Klippers. With lots of pressure playing for the team he was once the water boy for when he was a kid. Deej escape was alcohol and drugs. He started going down a dark path but kept it to himself. Finally he couldn't take it anymore and reached out to his parents and filed them in with everything that was going on. This was the best choice he every made and prolly saved his life. Congrats on being 7 months Sober!!!! Deej realized that playing hockey for all those years there were others just like him. Had no one to talk to when going threw a rough time. So thats exactly what he is doing now! He speaks at schools, coaches hockey, lets everyone know that its ok not to be ok and he's always there to talk to. Deej is doing great things for the sport and helping out so many. Enjoy this interview as much as I did recording it!

Welcome Back Beauty's and Rockstars to another Tuesday episode of Story Time with RallSauce. This week we talked about a Toronto Maple Leafs update. Mitch Marner getting his 500th career NHL point. Touched on a couple more points and changes the Leafs need to make to take the team to the next level. This weeks story time topic was Cooking with RallSauce. Talked about how I started the Cooking show back in the Day. How it started what it was like, why I am no longer doing it anymore. It was a great episode and I am sure you will just love it!!

Welcome back Beauty's and Rockstars to another episode. This week we had on a Beauty Brett McConnachie. Brett started his hockey career off in Ajax where lots of Big name nhl players did as well. He went on to play jrs in the OPJHL for 3 different teams> Brett decided to go the college route and ended up playing for the University of Alabama. He spent all 4 years there where he had a excellent career. This is where his true talents came out not only on the ice but off the ice as well. His music career took off. Just messing around in the locker room or at frat party's word got out he had a talent. He ended up going on tour with some big names. One of the big names included Lil Wayne. He shared some story's being on the tour bus and what it was like opening up for big names. After his 4 year college career he went on to play pro hockey. He played in the ECHL, CHL and SPHL. He had a blast playing pro but always had music in his heart. We talked about how he is making a come back with his music. He's now doing different theme songs for pro teams all over the USA. He even did the theme song for team USA at the world jrs this year. Make sure to listen to the end of the podcast where we released the new Podcast theme song Brett came up with. Little Toronto Maple Leafs update with their big win against Colorado. Crazy weather update how we went from huge snow storms to this warm weather with rain. This weeks Story Time was about a trip i took from London Ontario to Whistler BC on the greyhound. It was a crazy 4 day trip and your going to love this story! Very exciting and so much happened. Welcome back Beauty's and Rockstars to another interview. This week we had on a 3 time Paralympian medalist Tyler McGregor. In this episode tyler broke down what the adjustment was from hockey to Sledge hockey. He was the youngest to play on the olympic team in the 2014 Sochi Olympics. Tyler is a winner what ever hes doing. Hes won 2 silvers and 1 bronze medal at the Paralympics in sledge hockey and 2 golds 3 silvers at world championships. We talked about what his first olympic was like and he shared some great story's. Tyler talked about being in the commericals for canadian tire, ccm, gatorade letting us know what it was like. He also talked about how much practice it took to learn to shot as it is completely different form hockey. Tyler also talked about what hes currently working on skating all over the country for sledge skate of hope. Check out the link to donate!!!

Welcome back to another episode of Story Time with RallSauce. In this Episode we talked about the Crazy Christmas snowfall Muskoka had. I even gave out a little tip how to cook something at home for the sweet tooths out there. This weeks Story was the time I pretended to be an injured player in the NHL and got VIP treatment.
