Theresa Carpenter is a Navy commander and public affairs officer and host of the Stories of Service (S.O.S) podcast. Her enthusiasm and desire to help others shines through as she shares her story of overcoming social anxiety, alcohol, and being bullied.  She emphasized the importance surrounding yourself with a tribe of supportive people and why pursuing trolls is a waste of time.
