Curns, you have probably seen the lead MLB story on ESPN is about the rash of arm injuries. Last year 34% of pitchers had Tommy John, that is incredible. They are mostly blaming the focus on velocity, I did not see any questioning the

2. Sports Develop Character….No sports test and reveal character
3. Will to win…You can not will yourself to win, you can will yourself to compete
4. Show me you a good loser and I'll show you a loser…..No about being a smart or dumb loser
5. Win at all cost…. At what cost ?
6. Championships defince success…No, do not define Who you are
7. It's all about the Desitnation….No all about the Journey
8. Sports prepare you for the game of life…. No life is life, sports are a game
9. The Refs stole the game…. No, never blame the officials
10. We didn't execute, we made too many mistaskes we beat ourselves..

Why Mets' strong start is better than it looks
Well, the Mets are now exactly a month and a day into their season, and they are showing they deserve your attention. They may be only a game over .500, but that's pretty good considering that they have yet to play any of the dregs of the leagues, and at least a quartet of teams they've yet to see are threatening to become all-time bad — including the injury-wrecked, star-crossed Marlins in their own division.

“We're excited,” Aaron Judge said. “We've been watching them from afar, they're a great team.
Marcus Stroman walked a season-high five batters and threw only half of his 88 pitches for strikes across four-plus innings.
“Struggled a bit mechanically,” Stroman said. “Too many walks overall. That's very uncharacteristic of me. I just gotta get back in the zone.”
