If you chose a 10, you have some maturing to do. For most people a Ten (10) is superficial things such as looks (body, hair, eyes, etc), money, possessions, title, status, positions, etc. First of all that's the wrong way to choose someone, if you're looking for a healthy relationship. Second, you'll never find true love if your focus is on finding a 10. Substance is the only thing that will help you to form a healthy, strong, and lasting relatonship. It's way deeper than those superficial things, that could change in an instant.
