In this episode, I go into some of the results I had from 75 Hard as well as a massive mindset shift I had this past week.
First off I want to apologize for the gap in episodes, I explain why in the episode but just wanted to apologize here real quick. 75 Hard this year was awesome. Biggest improvements came in the gym with my destroying my PRs multiple times in different lifts. I also learned that just showing up isn't enough.
