Have you ever caught yourself saying, "I eat really healthy, but..."? Well, you're not alone. In fact, many of us believe we have a healthy diet and let's face it, we all have a fair idea of what healthy eating looks like. But what if it’s not delivering the results we are after? There are a few common traps that we can fall into, usually led by clever marketing, which is where things can go wrong. In today's episode we look at a few of the common “healthy eating” traps we can fall into and what to do instead! 1. Why we think we’re eating healthier than we actually are 2. Misleading “healthy” labelling to watch for 3. Where the “‘extras” are lurking in your salad and smoothie 4. Vegan and plant based is often not as healthy as you think You are not a One Size Fits All so what’s “healthy” for me, may not work for you!
