The end of daylight savings time came with the first weekend in November and that means a shift in time. We’ve gone from driving to work in the dark and coming home in the light to the exact opposite. It seems we’ve jumped right into the winter season with the cold and the early dark evenings. And that makes getting outdoors in the evening a challenge. That’s why I wanted to offer a few tips on helping you escape the indoors.
