Here's one Bible promise that may not be among your favorites: "In this world you will have tribulation..." Unless you are aware that the verse doesn't end there. The Lord Jesus goes on to say, "but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” John 16:33b
But on those days when your world seems to be collapsing all around you, how much good cheer do you feel? If you're human just like the rest of us, your answer will likely be, "Not very much!" But is there a way to fix that? Is there a better way to live day after day that doesn't feel like you're simply moving from one disaster to the next?
