In this week's podcast episode, I talk with Tara Clark, founder and lead HMAU of Black Lash Make Up.  A mother of 4, Tara received her first qualification in Makeup Artistry over 20 years ago, but only turned her devotion to cosmetics into her full-time gig after the birth of her son, Finn.

During our chat, we discussed how Tara found her own niche in the beauty industry: being natural-looking makeup, and how being a mother paved the way for her to turn her passion into a business. Through the years, she has not only built a name for herself, but also helped aspiring makeup artists to be the best in their chosen fields.
