On this weeks show we spend time looking at the year in review.  So it’s high time to really look at what we accomplished as a practice and as a business this year AND look towards next year. If you have not even thought about how you did this year, it is difficult to really plan how you are going to improve. If you’ve looked back, then now is a perfect time to begin or even better to finalize the goals & plans for next year. 
Also, we’ll spent time talking about planning office hours around all of the holidays that are coming up next year. We also talk about setting a plan for poor weather and how your patients know what to do about keeping appointments during inclement weather.
