On this episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Latin American author, Marcos Hernandez, who shared with me how he went from working as a food scientist, to becoming a strength and conditioning coach, to now a published author. Marcos shared his feelings about being mixed, and how a search for learning more about his Salvadorian -indigenous- roots led him to some shocking historical information that would become that theme to one of his most recent books.
