What an a amazing conversation with the springbok women's flanker, Lusanda Dumke.  In this episode Ryan and Lusanda chat about where her love for rugby started, being overwhelmed playing at national level and her burning desire to give back to her community.  Such a humble, down to earth individual with a heart of gold, having a challenging upbringing she has risen to the summit of female rugby by representing her country. 

She recently won the Eastern Cape Sports Star of the year. It is amazing to see her drive to continuously challenge herself and the mindset of never giving up in all aspects of life. A remarkable role model to the young female sport stars.
