This week, I finally heard something I haven’t heard since listing my flip:real interest. A potential buyer asked for septic records, utility info… and was even caught driving by the house saying, “This is the one we’re going to buy.”But I’ve learned something through this process:Words aren’t offers. Until I see ink, I’m staying grounded.I still haven’t heard a verdict from the brokers who walked the home. Normally that silence would stress me out — but this week, it feels different. Maybe no response means it wasn’t catastrophic.I’m not in fear anymore… but I’m not in celebration either.I’m in what I call cautious breathing — hopeful, but disciplined.If this becomes an offer, you’ll hear it here first.If it doesn’t, you’ll hear that too.
