My latest guest, Ryan Birch, and I met last year on a destination birthday in Montreal.  A mutual friend of ours turned 30, so a bunch of us rented an AirBnb for the 4th of July weekend and had the time of our lives up in Canada.  Ryan and I quickly bonded over our love for Boston, and when I first started doing this podcast, he immediately reached out to me wanting to be a guest as he had recently read all about gratitude and wanted to share with us about what he learned.  Take a listen!
