Did you know you can breathe like a butterfly?? It might seem silly, but it can help you feel better!  Imagine your arms are beautiful butterfly wings! What color are your wings? I am imagining that mine are pink and purple, but your wings can be whatever color you want them to be. Take a deep breath in through your nose, and as you do, raise your wings up into the air!
