With exercise, it can be helpful for when we receive our chemo. If we can keep our strength up it will help us keep the side effects in check. Excercise will help us to manage our side effects. With exercise you don’t have to go overboard, you can do simple stretches each day, just to get your body warmed up. Any exercise is better than none at all. Excerise gets your blood flowing, and for some reason it helps the body to help it self to heal and has the ability to ward off long term discomforts.
You can choose excerises like yoga, walking, running. When you have surgery the doctors will reduce your routine to stretching, until you have healed. See how exercise can be helpful to your healing.
